Player Development Program
Player Development Program (PDP) is a 10-session training series designed to help athletes build strong fundamentals, confidence, and game IQ in a focused, high-rep environment.
This program is ideal for players who are beginners or have had no training beyond recreation volleyball and are wanting to improve their volleyball skill set.
Each session will emphasize:
Skill refinement (position-specific and overall fundamentals)
Movement & technique
Game-like reps
Consistency, confidence, and competitiveness
Athletes will train in a structured setting that prioritizes quality reps, feedback, and progression, not just drills for the sake of drills.
Smaller training groups for maximum touches
Intentional drill design with clear teaching points
Emphasis on details, discipline, and habits
Coaching aligned with our club’s training philosophy and standards
This program is designed to bridge the gap between current knowledge and skill and future ability, helping athletes prepare for the next step in their volleyball journey.
