Top Caliber Volleyball Private Lesson Information

Lesson Rates

Effective February 1st

• Staff Private Lesson: $50

• Staff Semi-Private Lesson (2 athletes): $80 ($40 each athlete)

• Private Lesson with Coach Jacque $60 

• Semi Private with Coach Jacque $90 ($45 each athlete)

• Private Lesson with Coach Waters: $65

• Semi-Private Lesson (2 athletes) with Coach Waters: $95 ($47.50 each athlete)

• Small Groups (3 or more athletes)- At club’s discretion

Payment

• All lessons must be paid through the club Venmo account:
  @paymentstopcalibervolleyball

• No cash or direct (“side”) payments to coaches.

• If you prefer to pay in cash, you may still advance book through the club, and all details will be coordinated through our communication system.

How to Request a Lesson

To schedule a lesson, athletes/parents must contact the club directly:

You may request a specific coach, or we can assist in placing your athlete with an available court coach.

Booking Process

1. Contact the club to request a lesson.

2. We confirm the date, time, and location with both you, the coach, and our scheduler via email/text.

3. Submit payment via Venmo with the following information in the title:
   Athlete Name – Coach Name – Advance Booking – Date

   • Example: Layla Waters – Coach Jacque – Advance Booking – January 18

4. Once payment is received, the lesson will be officially confirmed on the club calendar and with the coach. Lessons are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Important Notes

We are working to be more structured and organized, which is why all lesson scheduling and communication must go through one central system. Please do not reach out to club coaches directly to book lessons outside of this process. This policy is in place to protect our coaches, ensure fairness for all athletes, and maintain clear and consistent scheduling and communication across the club.

We understand this may be an adjustment for families who have previously scheduled routine lessons, and we appreciate your cooperation as we transition to this improved system. We know there is an increase in lesson costs. With the insurance premium at our facilities increasing, this is the best way to justify this increase for our club and our coaches.

Effective Date

These policies apply to all lesson scheduling beginning February 1st and forward.

Lesson Cancellation Policy

Due to the high demand for lessons and limited coach availability, this cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

• Lessons canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or credited toward a future lesson.

• There are no refunds; credits may be applied toward future lessons only.

• Lessons canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged in full.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations due to forgetfulness, transportation issues, schedule conflicts, or personal reasons will be charged in full.

Exceptions

• Illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the club’s discretion.

• Weather-related cancellations initiated by the club or facility will be credited or rescheduled.
