TC REGIONAL TRACK

The TC Regional track is focused on building essential skills through team training and consistent reps. Each season, these teams compete in one multi-day tournament and five single-day tournaments throughout the Carolina region.

The season runs from November to early April and is a great fit for athletes who may be new to the game and looking to grow their skills in a supportive, competitive environment.




CLUB SEASON COSTS & TUITION

TC Regional Team Fees: $2000

Payment Schedule:

  • Initial Deposit: $500
  • Due within 48 hours of accepting team offer
  • Monthly Payments: 4 Payments of $375
  • Due on the 1st of each month from October 2026-February 2027

Uniform Package (Purchased Separately)


Uniform Partner:  REN Athletics


We have partnered another season with REN athletics to provide our club with all uniform apparel, as they continue to provide quality designs and exceptional customer service.


  • New Player Package: Approx. $425
  • Required for all athletes new to Top Caliber Volleyball.
  • Returning Player Package: Approx. $100-$150
  • This is for returning Top Caliber athletes who already have the full uniform package.

Each athlete is required to purchase:


  • 1 Molten L2 Volleyball (black/white, red/white, black/red)
  • 1 clip on ball bag
  • knee length white Adidas socks
  • white Adidas knee pads
  • team shoes (TBD)

Balls are not provided for tournament warmups.  Each athlete is responsible for bringing and managing their own ball at tournaments. 


Travel Costs:

Families are responsible for handling all tournament-related expenses. These may include:

  • Hotels
  • Transportation
  • Parking
  • Food
  • Spectator Entrance



TOURNAMENT INFORMATION & SCHEDULE

Tournament schedules are set and managed by the tournament organizers and are typically released shortly before the event.

All athletes are expected to attend every tournament. Absences will only be excused in rare and unavoidable circumstances. Being part of a team means showing up and supporting one another. Every athlete’s presence matters, and teammates rely on each other to compete together.


Teams in this division typically compete in 3 multi-day and 4 Carolina Region tournaments within a 2-3 hour radius tournaments throughout the season. We make every effort to space out events that require significant travel to help balance the season. Families should expect to attend approximately two tournaments per month. Tournament dates and locations will be posted here as they are confirmed.
