TC PLAYER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

TC Player Development Program provides young athletes with the opportunity to learn and develop essential volleyball skills in a positive, structured environment. The program focuses on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the game as athletes prepare for future training opportunities.

AGES AND SKILL LEVEL

This program is open to athletes ages 6–14.

All skill levels are welcome. No prior volleyball experience is required to participate.

Players will initally be grouped by the following ages:

  • 6-9 years
  • 10-14 years

Training groups are primarily organized by age, but skill level may also be considered. Athletes who are ready for a greater challenge may be placed with an older group to support their development.

This approach helps ensure every athlete trains in an environment that encourages growth and continued improvement.

WHEN

This program runs from November through March, on Sundays, and is divided into three convenient 5-week sessions.

Session 1: Nov-Dec (5 weeks)

Session 2: Jan-Feb (5 weeks)
